A distant cousin to the Alexa Chair, the Monaco’s shape is derived from ancient Klismos chairs of Greece but also has notes of Art Deco influence. Each detail of the Monaco is carefully considered. The back is carved by hand for subtle shaping while the basket weave-patterned caning is hand woven in our factories, strand by strand.
